Aakarshan 2025 with “The Last Summer Vibe”

Aakarshan 2025 brought a vibrant burst of culture and creativity to the K J Somaiya Medical College & Research Centre at the Somaiya Ayurvihar Campus this May. The annual cultural fest drew students into a lively mix of inter- and intra-college events, each celebrating artistic expression, teamwork and the spirit of campus life. What this really means is that the fest became more than a series of performances — it turned into a shared space where students reconnected with hobbies, discovered new interests and showcased talents often hidden behind their academic routines.

Throughout the festival, the campus buzzed with competitions, workshops and performances. Music, dance, theatre, fine arts and informal events drew enthusiastic participation, reflecting the diverse interests of the student community. Every stage and open space carried its own rhythm, creating an atmosphere that kept building with every event.

The highlight, of course, was the grand finale — “The Last Summer Vibe”, a live concert by Arjun Kanungo. His performance lit up the night and brought the entire campus together, wrapping up the fest with an unforgettable, high-energy moment.

Aakarshan 2025 reminded everyone that cultural fests matter just as much as academics. They give students room to breathe, express and celebrate the community they belong to.
